Today in the Kitchen We are serving local black bass, rockfish, lobsters, crabmeat and scallops from the Southern Connection dock here in the commercial harbor. Local beef, cheeses and ice cream are from Chesapeake Bay Farms (Worcester County's only dairy farm).

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza – Grilled organic chicken, tomato relish, bacon, provolone, bleu cheese and buffalo sauce baked on a wheat pita crust.

Shark Tacos – Blackened mako shark served in flour tortillas with lettuce, tomato salsa, cheese and chipotle ranch. Accompanied by red beans and rice.

Tuna Burger – Fresh tuna hand pattied and grilled to order. Served on a kaiser roll with spicy mayo and LTO. Choice of all natural house made chips or mixed organic greens.
