Nate attended a seminar in Las Vegas presentd by Bon Appetit Magazine. It was a showcase of the top chefs in the U.S. and their restaurants in Las Vegas. He attended the "Culinary Conversation: Farm to Table" with chefs Paul Bartolotta, Rick Moonen, Bradley Ogden, and Edmund Wong. They discussed supporting local farmers and producers, and the art of sourcing the freshest ingredients. A delicious signature bite was provided by Bellagio’s executive chef, Edmund Wong. Nate stated it was great to know that the Shark's views regarding local fish, produce and all natural products is at the fore front of the top chef's minds. He was impressed by their passion for the this subject. It was a great event that has inspired new ideas that will make their way to your plate this summer.
