Paired with local crab salad, micro greens and citrus.

2nd Course
Parducci Sustainable White (blend)
Paired with pear soup with watercress.

3rd Course
Paul Dolan Pinot Noir
Paired with wild salmon, morels, spring vegetables and wild mushroom truffle butter sauce.

4th Course
Parducci Petite Syrah
Paired with grilled duck breast, syrah currant and ginger sauce and seared foie gras.

5th Course
Paul Dolan Zinfaldel
Santa Fe short ribs with crispy hominy.
