Hello from the Harbor!... It must be President’s day, and Boat Show weekend, and Valentine’s… Holy Crap. Well I guess we are rolling right from the winter doldrums into spring doldrums and a holiday weekend. Well I guess that groundhog didn’t know what he was talking about with this weather we have been having lately, but I’m sure that it was just a tease and we’ll get our typical delmarvelous spring of wind and rain, but he at least winter is almost over.
Since this is a holiday weekend we have some fun stuff coming up. Phil, the Philthy K-nig-ht, Knight will be performing Sunday afternoon starting at 4pm. Tuesday we have Harry O, Half of the Smoothiacs, making his spectacular solo debut from 4 until 8. And we have our offseason specials still rolling. Monday Night is ladies night with free limo rides to and from the Shark and ½ Price drinks for the gals with the purchase of an entrée. $2 Tuesday continues to roll. Wednesday is buy 2 entrees and get your choice of 2 free (appetizer, dessert or bottle of house wine). And Thursday we have ½ price bottles of select wine, and depending on the fishing, $20 Lobster night. A bunch of great deals for the locals and the locals at heart.
It has been quite the eventful winter. The parade of locals, celebrities and those that think they are have been rolling right on in like the fishing boats. Jorge, better stock up on some Boston Market. Big Joe, and the crew are always rolling in. Vailed Sundays have always been fun with the whole lighthouse crew, especially with some cooking hints. Happy anniversary to my Bucca Buddies. Annie and Mandie thanks for the visit, avoid the arachnaphobia. Thanks to the brothers Grimm, from Middleton’s in Annapolis. Happy Bday Darren, and remember 40 isn’t the Sunset of your life. I know this isn’t everybody, but it’s a representative sampling… haha… Thanks everybody, hope to see you again soon.
So here’s to a good weekend for everyone. Hope that this springish thing will continue, but hey, if doesn’t it is February, right??!! Signing off from the Harbor, Big Daddy.
