Well June is here, with the Bugs and Seniors and Senioritas. So everyone watch where you’re stepping and driving. You never know when something could pop out.
This weekend is the finale of restaurant week. There are lots of great establishments participating providing a great way to try out their fare. Three courses for $30, you can’t beat it. The Shark is obviously participating. We also have our $2 Tuesdays still rocking at the bar to the smoothing sounds of Harry and Joe blowing and strumming from 4 ‘til 8. Friday nights we are a split decision, going in Opposite Directions with Darin and Bob from 8:30 until… And on Sunday we have our recently re-knighted Phil, The Philthy K-Nig-Ht, Knight from Phil-adelphia, trying to prevent the oppression of the masses by the smarmy King Arthur from 4 until 7 on Sundays.
The bar has been revisited by some of our sunshine kids returning for some summer fun. Walter and Doreen always nice to see you. Jon and Deb keep on coming. We keep getting a late Saturday amphibious assault by Ted and the Burger Kings, better watch out! The Beach brothers and Cuz stopped in for a little OD. Sunset always a pleasure for your breaking. Larry and Martha keep on “desserting” us! Elwood, good to see and hear you brother. Pete and Mary have returned, but they have to get the band back together. The Monday Committee to solve world problems met last week, but didn’t get a quorum this week (Dave, Bob, Jack and their lovely spouses). Jorge, you better get a job you lazy goat.
