Hello from the Harbor!  Well hello summer… somehow you have snuck right back up on us again!  Isn’t it amazing how that works… One day we’re just stumbling along in the doldrums of the offseason, and the next BOOM, it’s summertime. 

Well you know what that means… lots going on!  So as we celebrate the summer kickoff weekend this will be no exception.  Besides the weather and the beach, we will have the boats this weekend.  Come over to the harbor to check out all the boats for the offshore racing, with a special bonus of getting to see them cruise up the harbor before their race, and cruise back either in victory or defeat.  It’s a pretty cool afternoon distraction!

Saturday, we will have the triumphant return of the boys of summer, one going one way, the other the other, Bob and Darin, OD, Opposite Directions, Y’all!   They’ll be strumming and singing from upon high from 8:30 til midnightish.  Then Tuesday we will have our ever popular $2 Tuesday at the bar with $2 Drinks and Happy Hour food prices from 3 until 10, with a side of the HoJo!  Harry O and Joe Smooth strumming and saxing from 4 until 8.  Then Thursdays you can’t get enough of the Lunacy… Fresh local lobsters at the crazy price of $20, and Phil, the Philthy K-Nig-Ht, Knight, strumming and singing from whenever he shows up around 5 o’clock until 8ish… you know he’s a musician, so it’s not an exact science…

And as always we will be dishing out our spectacular unbelievable  $5.99 lunch specials from 11:30 until 3 p.m. featuring local seafood from out beautiful commercial harbor and lots of other things!  Also we always have our Harbor plate lunch entrée special everyday until 5.  Check out www.ocshark.com for our menu updates.  And everyday we feature our spectacular Happy Hour from 3 until 7 at the bar with the best view of Assateague!
