Hello from the Harbor!  Well it’s Springfest, again… who can believe that already.  It is always funny how somehow we celebrate Spring and often get some of the worst weather of the Spring… kind of ironic huh… like in Family Guy when they’ve destroyed all the guns, but the only thing that will save them from the radioactively changed Stewies are guns… or like rain on your wedding day… Anyway, I digress as usual.
